One Magical Christmas campaign
The challenge set by Leicester City Council’s One Leicester team was to design a Christmas campaign that is multicultural, able to work across many formats and be, above all else, stylish.
Street dressing brings the ’One Magical Christmas in Leicester’ campaign to life. Throughout Leicester, street lamps have been dressed with banners and large format posters used to promote the many events taking place. Within the pedestrian centre of Leicester an empty shop has been dressed in the campaign style.
To encourage visitors to explore Leicester, 24 advent towers, all featuring prizes, have been placed at strategic locations throughout the city, encouraging involvement with the public and making the campaign truly ’magical’.
